The store manager, Carl Cannon, is the most effective manager I have every experienced. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Sprint products and plans, he is full of integrity, and he does everything he can to help customers get what they need. He also trains his staff well. They are attentive and thorough, and his store is always clean. If you are within driving distance, it is definitely worth the drive to go to this location. You'll be happy you did!

The sales associates I worked with were WONDERFUL. Their teamwork at the Jonesboro/ Morrow location is great! The Assistant Manager Ken, and also the Associate Edgar (I believe that's his name) helped me out and I had a great experience. During my set up, there was a slight hiccup. But Mr. Ken asked me if I wanted water, and the guys kept me engaged in conversation, I was out in no time! Great job guys!
