I purchased a 2017 Explorer from Allan Vigil back in December. I’ve had to return for a recall and several malfunctioning items on the truck. I’m frustrated to have purchased a new vehicle, having to return it over five times, and only made two car payments. I feel like I’ve purchased a lemon. I saw the guy who sold me the car and he wasn’t too concerned with my issues. Hey, he sold a car. I’m assuming they don’t have to care about what happens after the car is sold. I will never purchase another Ford again.
