The staff was helpful on each occasion that I physically came to this location. I received my contacts and glasses in exactly 1 week, and I received 2 phone calls advising they were ready for pickup; one the day of arrival and the next day as well. The only downfall was that I had an appointment set and called to advise them I'd be a few minutes late. The rep who answered advised they don't have a late policy and I'd have to reschedule so I told her to cancel the appointment altogether. I felt this was odd and absurd that you can't be a few minutes late to an appointment given the fact I told them ahead of time of my expected tardy. Not only that, you have to wait until 20 minutes after your appointment to be seen by the first person, then another 15 minutes for the doctor on a mildly busy day; there was only 1 other person there before I. They should really consider speeding up this process.
