Worked with Michael Tate, who seemed very helpful at the time. They tried to up sell me but quickly corrected the numbers when I started backing out of the sale. Also, installed an out dated navigation that they charged $1500. I asked the SAME day to have the navigation removed and have emails that lead to no resolution and no responses. I was given back my factory system and would simply like it placed back into my car. At first I wanted the navigation to be removed off my payments but decided to keep it. This place is inconsiderate and unreliable. Stay away! They just want your money!
